How do I find a product?
Use the search bar at the top of any page or browse through categories from our main navigation menu.

Can I save items to a wishlist?
Absolutely. Just click “Add to Wishlist” on the product page. You can view and manage saved items under My Account › Wishlist.

How do I know if a product is in stock?
We provide real-time inventory updates:

  • If available: You’ll see an “Add to Cart” button.
  • If unavailable: You’ll be given the option to sign up for restock alerts.

Can I check out as a guest?
Yes, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save shipping details, and receive exclusive offers.

Is my payment information secure?

What happens if my payment fails?

🔄 Order Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 180 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags still attached. (Sale items are non-returnable unless defective.)

How do I return an item?

  1. Contact us at [email protected] or via our Contact Us form.
  2. We’ll email you a prepaid return label with instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely with your invoice and send it back.

Who pays for return shipping?
We cover the return shipping cost for approved returns, including wrong, defective, or damaged items, and first-time size/color exchanges.

Can I exchange an item for another size or color?
Yes! We offer one free exchange per order for size or color changes. Just contact support with your order number and requested change. We’ll ship your replacement after the return is in transit.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long will shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on destination. You can review estimated delivery windows on our Shipping Policy page or during checkout.

Can I update my shipping address?
Changes must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us ASAP at [email protected]. After this window, we cannot guarantee address changes.

What happens if I enter the wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping info at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If an item is returned, reshipping charges may apply.


Refund Information

What if I never received my refund?
If it’s been more than 7 business days, please check with your bank or card issuer first. Then contact us and we’ll gladly look into it.

Are shipping fees refundable?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).
