Our Response to Claims

Once a valid and complete IP infringement notice is received, Bestsports247 will:

  • Promptly investigate the complaint
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content or product if the claim is substantiated
  • Notify the individual or party responsible for the content, when appropriate
  • Where applicable under DMCA, provide a counter-notice option if the accused believes the removal was in error

We aim to handle all claims in a timely and fair manner while balancing the rights of both IP holders and accused parties.

Repeat Infringers Policy

For users, sellers, or account holders (if applicable), repeated infringements may result in account suspension or termination. This will be determined at our sole discretion and without further notice.
