At Bestsports247, we’re committed to making sure your experience with us is smooth from start to finish. While we do our best to fulfill every order accurately and efficiently, we understand that issues may arise. Below, you’ll find clear guidelines on how cancellations, exchanges, and refunds work.


Order Cancellations

Timeframe: Within 24 hours of purchase
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, completely free of charge.

To cancel, email us at [email protected] within the first 24 hours. We’ll cancel your order and issue a full refund, including shipping.

❗ Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours as they are sent into production and custom-made to your specifications.


Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges for incorrect selections such as size, design, or color. However:

  • You can cancel within 24 hours and place a new order.
  • After this window, you’ll need to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

If you’re unsure or need help with placing the correct order, our team is always ready to assist.


Returns & Refunds Eligibility

You have 180 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. We accept returns in the following cases:

Items arrived damaged or broken
Items differ in design, size, or material
Wrong item delivered
Product significantly deviates from the description

Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned in original packaging.


Items NOT Eligible for Refund

  • Worn, altered, or washed items
  • Products with minor thread issues not affecting functionality
  • Items missing original tags
  • Customer error (wrong size, image upload mistakes, etc.)
  • Defects not caused by our production or shipping team

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to [email protected] and include:

  1. Order number and full name
  2. Proof of purchase (confirmation email or receipt)
  3. Description of the issue
  4. Photos of the defective or incorrect item
  5. Any communication (screenshots) related to the issue
  6. Your preferred resolution: Refund or Replacement

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a confirmation with the return address.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to:

  • Item damage
  • Incorrect item received
  • Production error

Please retain your tracking number when shipping your return. We are not liable for lost or damaged items during the return process.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving your returned item.
  • We’ll notify you by email once we’ve issued the refund.
  • You’ll receive a full refund, including original shipping costs.

If your refund doesn’t appear within 10–15 business days, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card company for status updates.


Additional Notes

  • Refunds are only available within 180 days of delivery.
  • Always reach out to our Support Team before returning any items.
  • Packages returned without authorization may not be accepted.
