Order Processing Schedule

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time, GMT-5), excluding U.S. postal holidays:

  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

Cut-off time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00, New York) will be processed on the next business day. Orders submitted before this time will enter processing immediately upon payment confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking updates to appear as the carrier scans and registers your package.

You can also track your order anytime via the Order Tracking page on our website.


Personalized & Modified Orders

Custom designs may require extra time for completion depending on complexity. We appreciate your patience while our team ensures every detail meets your expectations.


Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your order is:

  • Incorrectly addressed: We are not responsible for delays or loss.
  • Returned due to an invalid address: A re-shipping fee will apply.
  • Redirected or forwarded after dispatch: We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage.

Returned items are often disposed of by shipping carriers and cannot be retrieved.
