All content and materials offered through https://bestsports247.com (the “Platform”) must comply with applicable IP laws and regulations. This policy explains the protections we uphold and the procedure for reporting suspected infringements.

2. Types of Intellectual-Property Protection

3. Reporting an IP Infringement

If you believe content on our Platform infringes your rights, please submit a Notice & Takedown Report containing all of the following:

  1. Identification of the infringing material
    A direct URL (or multiple URLs) to each allegedly infringing item.

  2. Proof of ownership
    Clear evidence that you own or are authorized to enforce the IP—e.g., registration certificates, dated originals, or links to an official site showcasing the work.

  3. Your contact details
    Full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.

  4. Good-faith statement
    A declaration that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is unauthorized.

  5. Accuracy statement & signature
    A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the IP owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf. Include your physical or electronic signature.

4. Our Review Process

Upon receiving a valid Notice & Takedown Report, we will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt via email within two (2) business days.

  2. Evaluate the claim to confirm ownership evidence and the alleged infringement.

  3. Remove or disable access to the content—or, where appropriate, request additional information from the content uploader.

  4. Notify both parties of the action taken and, if necessary, provide the uploader an opportunity to submit a counter-notice under applicable law.

We aim to resolve valid claims promptly and fairly while protecting the legitimate interests of all users.

5. Repeat-Infringer Policy

Users who receive multiple substantiated infringement notices may have their accounts suspended or terminated at our sole discretion.
