Order Cancellations (within 24 hours):We allow customers to cancel their orders within 24 hours of purchase at no additional cost.Simply email us at within 24 hours after your purchase, and we will cancel and refund your order in full.After 24 hours, orders are sent for production and cannot be canceled, as they are made to order.

3. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns up to 180 days from the delivery date when one of the following applies:

Item arrives damaged or broken

You receive the wrong product, size, design, or material

Product differs significantly from the description or images
Not eligible for return/refund

Worn, washed, or altered items

Damage not caused by our production or shipping process

Items without original tags/packaging

Minor, easily repairable loose threads
All items must be in original condition and packaging.
4. Submitting a Refund Claim

Order number & name on the order

Brief description of the issue

Clear photos or video of the defect / wrong item

Shipping label or courier receipt

Any relevant e-mail or chat screenshots
You’ll receive a response within 2–3 business days confirming eligibility and next steps. Do not ship anything back until you receive our confirmation with the correct return address.
5. Returning Your Item

Pack the product securely with its original tags and packaging.

Include a copy of your purchase confirmation e-mail.

Ship with the carrier of your choice and e-mail the tracking number to us.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for loss or damage in transit—consider an insured service.
6. Refund Processing Time

We inspect returns within 2 business days of arrival.

Once approved, a **full refund—including the original shipping fee—**is issued to your original payment method.

Banks and credit-card issuers may take 10–15 days to post the credit. If the refund is late, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us for help.
7. Important Notes

The 180-day return window is counted from the date the tracking status shows “Delivered.”

Requests received after 180 days or without required documentation may be denied.

For lost returns or parcels damaged on their way back to us, customers must file claims directly with the carrier.
