1. Our Promise

At Bestsports247 we want you to love every order, but we understand that returns can sometimes be necessary. We’ll make the process fast and worry-free—especially if your item arrives damaged or defective.


2. Return Window & Eligibility

We cannot accept returns caused by customer input errors (e.g., typos, incorrect sizes, low-resolution images). Please review your order carefully before checkout.


3. Return Shipping Cost

Return cost: $0.00 – we cover all shipping fees for items that are damaged, defective, or otherwise approved for return.


4. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us within 180 days of delivery:

  2. In your message include:

    • Name on the order

    • Order number

    • Detailed description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the product problem

    • Whether you prefer a replacement or a refund

  3. Our support team will reply within one business day with approval instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).


5. Preparing & Shipping Your Return

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with a printout of your purchase confirmation e-mail.

  2. Attach the prepaid label (or ship via your local courier if instructed otherwise).

  3. E-mail the tracking number to [email protected] so we can monitor transit.

  4. Wait for confirmation—we’ll notify you as soon as the parcel is received and inspected.


6. Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds (to your original payment method) are issued within 3–5 business days after we approve the return. Bank processing times may vary.

  • Replacements ship free of charge once your return is approved. You’ll receive a new tracking link by e-mail.

  • If the return is denied (item not in original condition or outside the 180-day window), we’ll contact you with next steps.
