1. Overview

Bestsports247 ships all orders directly from our U.S. warehouse at 225 Rector Pl, Apt 22A, New York, NY 10280.
All parcels are entrusted to reliable carriers—USPS, DHL, EMS, and select local postal services—so your gear reaches you quickly and securely.


2. Processing & Daily Cut-Off

*Eastern Time observes daylight saving. During DST (mid-March → early-Nov) the offset is GMT-04:00; outside DST it is GMT-05:00.

Orders paid after 5:00 PM ET or on weekends/U.S. federal Post-Office holidays are processed the next business day.
Holidays we observe in 2025: New Year’s Day (Jan 1), Presidents’ Day (Feb 17), Memorial Day (May 26), Independence Day (Jul 4), Labor Day (Sep 1), Thanksgiving (Nov 27), Christmas (Dec 25).

Most continental-U.S. customers receive packages in 4 – 9 business days once the parcel is in transit. Actual arrival may vary due to carrier volumes, weather, or other factors beyond our control.


4. Order Tracking

  • A confirmation e-mail is sent immediately after checkout.

  • Within 24–48 h you’ll receive a second e-mail containing your tracking link.

  • Some carriers take 3–7 days to scan the package—tracking data appears after that first scan.

  • Track online anytime; if your parcel exceeds the estimated window, contact us so we can help.


5. Personalized & Custom Items

Custom graphics or name/number changes may add extra design time. We’ll notify you by e-mail if your order needs additional days before dispatch.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • No deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or any international destination.

  • We do not forward or redirect parcels once they leave our warehouse.


7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout:

  1. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses are delayed while we request corrections.

  2. Parcels returned to the carrier’s warehouse as “undeliverable” are automatically disposed of by the carrier.

  3. A re-shipping fee (the original shipping cost) applies if you ask us to resend the order.

  4. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage after you instruct a carrier to forward or reroute a package.
